Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Premium Collectibles Studio, we want to make sure every customer enjoys the Premium Collectible Experience! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please read below for more information on our policy.
 
 
Launching Support 
 
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the delivery of your product. You can reach us by email and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
 
 
Damaged Items
 
After a long-anticipated wait, no one wants to open their package to find a faulty piece. If your item arrived damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for exchange (subject to stock availability) or refund, with the cost of return shipping covered by us. If specific availability allows, we may also provide you with new parts in order to restore your item. After receiving pictures of the damaged item(s), we will provide you with a return label. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item (based on stock availability) as requested.
 
Please note that minor variations in paint or appearance are not considered defects in the item, as each piece is handmade and thus slightly unique.
 
To ensure we process your return/exchange/part replacement correctly and efficiently, photos of any item damage found upon delivery will need to be submitted. If you have questions on how to properly take photos of the damage to your item, customer support will happily walk you through the process.
 
 
Unwanted Items
 
If you decide you no longer want your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, to assist you in the process, we will still provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item minus the cost of original shipping and return shipping.
 
 
Refunds
 
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. When your refund will be posted will depend on the financial institution. Please note that refunds from PCS can only be processed if the item was purchased directly through our site. Items bought from another site will not be eligible for return or exchange from Premium Collectibles Studio. If you placed an order through another vendor, please contact their customer support directly regarding your product.
 
 
Lost Items
 
We understand that sometimes things get lost in the mail. If tracking on your package is marked as lost and/or the carrier is unable to confirm delivery, all you have to do is reach out to us within 30 days and we will work with the carrier to open an investigation in order to locate it. If the carrier turns up empty-handed on the whereabouts of your order, we will issue a full refund or exchange based on preference and item availability.
 
 
Non-Refundable Deposits (NRDs)
 
Deposits placed on items are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
 
Returning the Item
 
All items must be received in the same condition they were delivered in to receive a refund or exchange. When sending the item back, please include all pieces and packaging to receive your resolution as quickly as possible. Items returned with missing or damaged parts that were not disclosed may interfere with your refund/exchange. If the item is received with excess damage to the original product packaging, you may incur a restocking fee. If you are unsure about how to re-pack the item properly to avoid damage during transit, please contact the support team for assistance.
 
 
Order Transfers
  
Orders may be transferred to a new owner only if the order is paid in full and the new owner has a card on file. Order transfers must be placed before product shipping has been scheduled.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
